Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) – Intermittent audio dropouts and connection issues

I am experiencing intermittent connection issues with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023).

At times, the audio briefly cuts out or disconnects for a moment and then reconnects.
When this happens, the sound level may suddenly change, and I occasionally hear brief static or distortion.

I have already tried the following:
- Clean installation of GPU drivers
- Removing SteelSeries GG and other third-party audio software
- Disabling Windows audio enhancements and exclusive mode
- Testing different USB ports and positions for the wireless dongle

The issue still occurs.
Please advise on further troubleshooting steps or whether this could be a hardware-related issue.

just got the same headphones over Christmas, same issues with mine. Random audio cut out and reconnecting. sometimes takes an hour or only 10 min in between cut outs and reconnects.

Same here, i reinstalled Synapse 3 (i had Synapse 4 since they launched) and still happens. Its weird because for me at least, happens really randomly: sometimes im playing and happens 10 mins into my gamming session, and the stop happening for a while, or sometimes i have been playing for 1or 2 hours without issues.

I also have checked my drivers are up to date, updated the mobo drivers… its driving me crazy. Im not an expert, but i have the feeling that it has to be related to win11. Following this thread with hopes to find a solution to this, its sad because i was very happy with the headset (despite Razer trying to selling me the 7.1 despite my headset had it when i bought it) but this is making me switch to other, and definitely not a Razer one.
