2 month old Razer Blackshark v2 pro (2023) keeps randomly disconnecting and reconnecting. Please help. I see other threads where a private message was suggested by support to troubleshoot. Please help. The distance between dongle and headset is right next to me. (My comp is on top of my desk). Also the firmware is up to date.

Hey,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into you PC’s motherboard. Also, do you have any wireless devices active while using the headset? Feel free to send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
