I have a really annoying problem with my new Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 headset. Whenever I use the custom EQ and the Synapse software isn't running, the headphones are much quieter than with any of the other preset EQs. They're definitely 50% quieter, and the maximum volume is way too low. As soon as I start the software, the sound immediately gets much louder, without the volume percentage changing. It doesn't matter how the custom EQ is set. Even with all the sliders at their maximum, the sound is still much too quiet. The same problem occurs with any Bluetooth connection, regardless of the device (TV, PC, phone).
Unfortunately, using the headphones via Bluetooth is no fun at all. Do I have to return them, or is there a solution to the problem?
