Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023 – Microphone not working in Hyperspeed mode

Hi everyone,
I’ve been having a strange issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023 headset.

When I use the headset over Bluetooth, the microphone works perfectly fine in all apps. However, when I switch to Hyperspeed (2.4 GHz) mode, the microphone completely stops working.

What’s weird is that in Razer Synapse I can hear myself clearly through mic monitoring, so the mic is definitely picking up sound. But in every application (Discord, Teams, games, Windows mic test, etc.) the microphone doesn’t transmit any audio at all.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix or setting I’m missing?

I understand your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023 headset's microphone completely cuts out in all apps when using Hyperspeed (2.4 GHz) mode. Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue.
