I just bought my Headset, and after 2-3 hours I muted myself on the headset, unmuted it and nobody on Discord could hear my anymore. I restarted the headset, restarted my pc, reinstalled the software, even reinstalled realtek audio drivers but nothing helped. Then I found out, that basically if I’m on 100% volume of the microphone I’m crazy loud as you would expect. 90% now is perfect and 75% is still ok. But everything below 70% microphone volumen, nobody is able to hear me as the microphone is not capturing my voice at all.
Is this a known issue? Is there any possibility to fix this??

Hi there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update your headset’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
