I’m experiencing the same issue again with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023).

About 6 months ago, I contacted support for this exact problem (the microphone losing stiffness and not staying in position), and I was sent a replacement microphone. Unfortunately, the replacement has developed the same issue.

It’s not acceptable that every 6 months the microphone loses rigidity on a €229 headset that is not even 1 year old yet. What happens after the warranty expires? How am I supposed to replace the microphone if this keeps happening?

For comparison, I used the BlackShark V2 USB for around 4 years without ever encountering this problem. I’ve also owned Kraken headsets, and never had any issues like this.

Why is the microphone material on a much more expensive headset so weak? At the very least, it should be available as a standalone accessory for purchase—but having to deal with this every 6 months is unacceptable for a product at this price point.

Hey @Ene89,

Let me check on it. Can you send me a PM with your previous case number together with the serial number of the replacement headset so I can review it and forward your case to our Technical Team?
