When I push the mute button on it, it stays mute even when I push on it again so I have to unplug the dongle and replug it to be demuted. Same goes for when I lower the sound to 0, sound just stops coming out the heaphones even if I turn it up, until I unplug and plug it back. Does someone know how to fix this pls?

Do you have a different computer that we can test your headset with? Does the issue persist when using it via 2.4 GHz mode or Bluetooth?
