I recently bought the Razer blackshark pro V2 (2023) but i have trouble connecting it to Sypnapse 4. It shows: Device not found. I tried alot but there isn't much working. Any1 got any tips?

Try using the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
