Hello I purchased a razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 black edition about a year ago and it was working fine, recently I have been having charging issues , I have tired different USB Ports , tried charging with my pc , different cables but none of them make the blackshark v2 pro charge ( even though I see a solid red light ) I also noticed I can use it while charging it as in having a USB type c cable plugged in and then turning it on.
I have tried to submit a support ticket but i can’t find my serial number since I removed my sticker and synapse 4 is showing my headphone as alwasy powerd off so I can’t get my support code form there either. I am at a loss and need help, any replies are very much appreciated
