I disabled allowing applications to take control of the device in both the microphone and speakers portion just in case. But still greyed out after a restart. There is no option in Synapse 3 to modify it either.

“Support” gave me instructions on how to get back the window I was already at and called that their “troubleshooting steps” lol.

If anyone could confirm that the drivers simply don’t support changing the sampling rate that would be great, or even better it does and they know a fix for this.

Note: I’ve update the device and dongle to the latest firmware, didn’t help either.
