Could someone explain to me why the sound in the headphones is so different when I have the Razer Synapse program installed?

(WITHOUT RAZER SYNAPSE)
With the same profile [ESPORT - CSGO] set on the right earcup, the sounds are terrible.

(WITH RAZER SYNAPSE)
Profile [ESPORT - CSGO], the sounds are very good.

Why is there such a difference, and is there any way to fix it?

I don't want to use Razer's program because it causes stuttering in games.
