Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 static sound

Hi so I just bought the Razer Blackshark v2 Pro 2023 from Amazon and well just out of the box they have a constant static sound and I see I am not the only one with this problem but I can’t seem to find any solution

Hope you guys can help me because it is kind of annoying

Ok, when you switch from stereo to THX spatial it doesn't change anything?

I have Razer Blackshark V2 +  USB

Having searched for discussions about static noise ( all the time )

I found this …..

Uninstall Razer, clean your system of old unused files, virus check, blah blah blah,  RE- BOOT system

 

Re-install new synapse

now profit from new install and enjoy …….

NOTE;  was issues caused by Synapse 3 overwritten by updating to Synapse 4 ??  ( without clean install )

             or some ‘Windows’ update ??

 

This Re-install ( after deleting Synapse and all associated files )

DOES FIX HEADSET ……..  and surprising that my headset audio ( equalizer )  sound is Sooo much better, cleaner, with all Highs and low frequency being better THAN EVER
