Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) Synapse EQ Settings Not Working

No matter what settings I try in Razer Synapse, the sound doesn't change. I've been trying to solve this problem for two months. I tried Synapse 4, I tried Synapse 3, I deleted all the drivers with the Razer Cleanup Tool and reinstalled them. I BOUGHT A NEW COMPUTER AND TRIED AGAIN, but the problem remains the same. I've tried all the solutions mentioned online, but the problem still isn't resolved. None of the changes I make in Synapse have any effect.

When I checked the Device Manager, I noticed that the headset's driver is listed as a standard Microsoft/High Definition Audio Device driver, when it should be the Razer driver. I think this is the problem but I couldn’t solve.
