Hi. My Dongle just broke. Its my fault. Is there anyway i can purchase a replacement here in the Philippines? I also need to know alternatives i can do to use my headset while waiting for the Dongle. I need to use the headset for work purposes.

You have Blackshark V2 Pro 2023, so it’s bluetooth capable - if you don’t have bluetooth in your PC, just buy any Bluetooth 5.2 capable dongle (or newer).

i found a 5.3 and a 5.2 on my market. Whats the difference between these. Is 5.3 or 5.2 comparable to wireless dongle? Im gonna be talking alot due to meetings.
