Recently bought the Blackshark V2 Pro wireless 2023 edition. It worked perfectly, but today when I want to use it again, my microphone does not pickup any sound. When I try to use it in Windows to test the microphone it only tells me it picked up like 5% of the voice, and all settings are maxed out and all enhancements turned off.Discord does not pickup any sound and online microphone test tools doesn’t pickup any sounds as well… Already installed the latest firmware from april 2024 and reinstalled Synapse. Still the same..

I kinda have the same problem. Turns out, switching to bluetooth mode then back to 2.4 solves the issue for me. I mean it only does temporarily, until I use the mute switch button again. I also got into a phone call with my friend via bluetooth to the phone, and everything was working flawlessly as intended.So my take is either the synapse software messes something up, or the discord app itself. So I would love some help as well on this topic
