I have bought Razer Blackshark V2 Pro but THX Spatial Audio is not working, I tried to add the device through my profile in the website. No result. When I open advanced back and back it returns to Stereo mode and no change in sound.

I currently facing another problem. The Issue: The headset randomly disconnects and reconnects on its own while in use. This happens frequently and creates a notification sound each time.
 

The Impact: The most critical problem is that whenever the headset disconnects/reconnects, it causes my entire system to freeze/stutter for a few seconds. This makes gaming impossible and negatively affects my overall PC performance.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken: I have already tried the following steps to resolve the issue, but none have worked:

Moved the USB dongle to different ports (including direct motherboard USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports).

Used the extension cable to move the dongle away from potential interference.

Reinstalled Razer Synapse software.

Checked Windows Power Management settings for USB controllers.

Could you please assist me with a solution or guide me through the RMA process if this is a hardware defect?
