razer blackshark v2 pro

I’ve had my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro for just about a year, and both sides of the headband (the parts that adjust the size) suddenly cracked. I’ve always taken really good care of it — never dropped, never thrown, nothing like that. It started as a small crack and then completely broke, and now the headset feels uneven and unstable.

 

Has anyone else had this issue? Do you know if Razer can repair it or replace it even if the warranty is over (I’m totally fine paying for the repair)?

Would really appreciate any advice or experience you can share

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro. Regarding the device breakage, it may fall to the warranty exclusions and limitations. May I ask when did the issue occur? Do you happen to use more force than usual when removing the headset?
