I bought the v2 pro yesterday excited, only to see that my 200$ headset sounds bad with bad delay while watching videos, and the mic sounds really bad like someone suffocating. Also it’s not getting detected by razer synapse, i tried downloading manually the firmware update, also not working. I wonder if someone could help.
