How am I supposed to configure this product? From what I understand, Synapse 3 and 4 (mac) doesn’t support the V2, only Synapse 2.0 does. And Synapse 2.0 has been discontinued and wont verify account. This is a 3 year old product. That isn’t that old. Is there literally no way I can configure this device after only two and a half years on the market?
