Razer Blackshark v2 pro activation issue

Hi,

Ysterday ı bought blackshark v2 pro and now triying the activate. But ı saw this warning. V2 Pro eligible for 7.1 , can you guide me please ?

Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming Headset for eligible products.

If you read the manual, you’ll know that it’s THX Spatial compatible, and doesn’t require any activation 🙂

It’s available out-of-box through Synapse 3 software.

Same issue… I bought v2 pro 2023 model and I cant find activation code..

So, what is a deal ? We must buy for 25€ or what ?

I have the same problem! Anyone have a solution?

Solution is in Blackshark V2 Pro manual.

Just install Synapse (and during install don’t select THX Spatial external app). THX Spatial is available in Synapse without any activation.
