I bought this headset from a good friend of mine. I used them like for 4 month and it was working great; but one day I saw that this headset has some firmware update by USB that my friend never did. So, I decided to do the update the firmware, everything was working great. But during a gameplay (3 days of gaming after the update) suddenly the right side, the volume was really, but really low. Before I decide to write here, I have tried every official step by step solution from RAZER support web page and the official YouTube page. I don’t know what else to do and I don't want to throw them to the trash. Does anyone know if RAZER has a team that fix them for a better evaluation?

Thanks for sharing your concern about the audio problem of your headset in the support board. Just to make sure, have you already tried following the steps here? Please message me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other model-specific workarounds.
