I am experiencing a progressive audio quality issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro headset.

The Problem: At the start of a session, the audio is perfect. However, after 30 to 60 minutes, the quality begins to degrade. It starts with a scratchy texture and eventually becomes very "muddy."

Current Workaround: Unplugging the USB dongle and plugging it back in immediately restores the audio quality, but the issue eventually returns.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

  • Firmware: Verified the headset is on the latest version. I discovered the dongle was outdated and have since updated the dongle firmware.

  • Results after Update: The audio still degrades, though it happens slightly slower now.

  • New Issue: The firmware update introduced a constant, slight white noise that wasn't there before.

Hardware Setup:

  • Port: USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A (Tower port).

  • Connection: Using the provided Razer USB Dongle.

Has anyone encountered this specific degradation issue or the white noise post-update?
