Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Audio Delay | Razer Synapse can't find it

So, I have bought a few weeks ago a new Razer BlackShark V2 Pro and now I have started using them. I have an audio delay so I tried to solve it and installed Razer Synapse. Razer Synapse doesn’t detect my bluetooth connected Razer BlackShark V2 Pro, even though I can play the music or games through them. I tried the firmware app to get the drivers but in the package there were no USB dongle for it. How can I solve the audio delay?

Hi coastpolyVividSkyBlue469,

To fix audio delay on a new Razer BlackShark V2 Pro, plug the USB dongle directly into the PC, not a hub - if you’re using it wirelessly. You can also disable "Audio Enhancements" in Windows sound properties. If all else fails, PM me your Razer device’s SN: (Follow steps here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/548/~/how-to-find-the-serial%2C-product%2C-or-part-number-on-a-razer-device) and link of your receipt in a PDF format: (Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4011?_ga=2.197232171.544708261.1744067200-1885068520.1744067200&_gl=1*vo487o*_ga_3TRK53PM75*MTc0NDA2NzE5OS4xLjEuMTc0NDA2NzM0My4yNC4wLjA). Audio delay is normal for a headset/headphones connected via Bluetooth - you cannot do anything with it. Just check if you’re using AAC codec on your devices (which is faster than standard SBC codec).

The best performance (lowest delay) you can only achieve by using the supplied 2.4GHz Hyperspeed dongle.
