Razer Blackshark V2 pro Audio not working via USB connection

I have problems with My blackshark v2 pro 2020 version, when i connect it through Audio jack, it works fine but when i try to use the USB for it, 
1. My razer synapse shows that the device is offline and it needs to be switched on to use 2.4ghz usb dongle 
2. My device detects the USB dongle correctly 
3. The device is turned on while connecting using USB dongle but the software shows it is offline

Anyone had the same issue and resolved it please help.
