Razer Blackshark V2 Pro Audio Problem

I have a problem with the volume not turning to 0% when the knob is at minimum and I hear a buzzing noise on the right side it also happens when the volume is above 50% near intensifying at it gets to 100%. I want to know if the product is faulty and if I have to use the warranty.
