Razer Blackshark V2 Pro - Bad audio Quality terrible when using microphone

Whenever I use the microphone in Zoom, Discord, etc. The audio quality of many games degrade and sound like they have no bass or anything. And I just spent 200 dollars for this? Can someone please help me with this???
