razer blackshark v2 pro beoken left hinge

Hello Razer Support,
My name is Fahri Berat Arslan (Beat2Rain), and I would like to report an issue I have experienced with two Razer BlackShark V2 Pro headsets that I own.
Both of my headsets have developed cracks on the left hinge cover/end piece, specifically on the inner side of the headset, at the point where the earcup connects to the headband.
What concerns me is that the cracks occurred at exactly the same specific location on both headsets and are very similar in appearance.
Since this has happened to two separate headsets of the exact same model, I wanted to bring this issue to Razer's attention. Experiencing the same type of cracking on the same structural component and at the same location on two different units may indicate a potential material or design-related issue.
I am not contacting you specifically to request a replacement or compensation. I simply wanted to report this issue and make Razer aware that I have experienced the same left hinge cover cracking problem on two separate BlackShark V2 Pro headsets.
