My Razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 headsets right hinge just broke, when I grabbed my headset to put it on, no impact or nothing. What can I do? Can I get a warranty?

i just contacted the rma, i don’t know why razer things are like this 2 broken headsets and 3 broken keyboards in less than 3 years
