I just realized that I need to download an extra software to activate the 7.1 i thought i did it through reltek when I bought it, and now when i looked at the serial due to using the headphone for a almost a year the area of the serial is worn off , please advise what to do..
I saw some posts saying to look under the box, the only number that worked with the register your razer product and was accepted and then when i submit at the end it says the serial number is in use
I am new to this so excuse me, however any help would be appreciated as I am not sure the serial I entered was the correct one but it was under the box as a lot of other posts said.
Razer Blackshark V2 X (RZ04-0324) this is the headset i have.

If you are the first owner of the headset and you’ve already registered your device in your Razer ID, you can find the 7.1 Surround Sound code here. Otherwise, send me a PM including the serial number of your headset located on its original box or gently removing the left ear cushion, and the email address associated to your Razer ID so I can review them (see manual for instructions).
