Razer blackshark v2 pro connection issue

So i recently requested a replacement usb dongle cause my old one got damaged, well it came today but for some reason i can't hear any damn audio, i mean it pops up in sound devices, i can hear the beeping sound when i turn it on & off but i just can't seem to get it to connect, then i saw that razer nari had a usb repair utility so i tried that but obviously that didn't work so i'm at my wit's end trying to get it to connect, any help is greatly appreciately thanks in advance ^.^



edit: tldr: i got a replacement usb dongle for my blackshark v2 pro & i cant hear any sound but it still pops up under sound devices so i'm just looking for a quick fix thanks cause i assume its just a simple pairing issue
