My USB dongle for my Blackshark v2 Pro has suddenly stopped working - I can see this is a common problem based on a lot of reports of the same issue on this forum.
I also cannot purchase a replacement part on this site, which is also very frustrating. The attitude seems to be “well buy a new headset” but my headset still works amazing and I don’t want to buy a new one.
