I just purchased these headphones and the echo is horrible I haven’t had any echo problems with previous headphones. I tried the settings mentioned on this site but it didn’t help. What should I do

Hi there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t work out, then drop me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other workarounds.
