I am currently using the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro. Occasionally, I hear a series of beeping sounds ("doo-doo"), followed by a complete loss of audio for approximately 2–3 seconds. After that, the headset automatically reconnects to my PC.
While the audio is disconnected, the headset is not detected by Razer Synapse either. This leads me to believe that the issue is related to the connection between the headset and my PC rather than an audio output problem.
I have already tried all the troubleshooting methods recommended by Razer, as well as various solutions suggested by the community, but none of them have resolved the issue.
I would appreciate any additional suggestions or assistance in identifying the root cause of this problem.
