The microphone only will cut out and I have to move it to a different USB port on my PC. Once it’s been moved, the microphone will not work anymore on the USB port it was previously on. I am running out of USB ports that it will work on and still haven’t figured out how to fix it. additionally, the charger will not stay plugged into the headset. I’ve done everything recommended, including restarting and updating/reinstalling drivers.

Hey,
Does it make any difference if the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can check for any firmware updates and look for other workarounds that we can attempt.
