Hiya, I searched everywhere but couldn't find any information about this, incredibly.



Just bought a Razer Blackshark v2 Pro, and the wireless works flawlessly. However, I have tried different cables, different input, different devices (PC and Mobile), but the jack stick (wired version) produces the strangest sound. It is like all low and medium tones are gone, and only the high tones are there, so no bass and no vocals in anything I play.



This honestly baffles me, any help on this?

I wouldn't know what other information to provide as it doesn't work on so many different methods (device, cable, jack and output irrelevant problem)
