Razer BlackShark V2 Pro keeps disappearing in Synapse 3.0 | Razer Insider

Hello, I recently purchased the BlackShark V2 pro, after owning the original BlackShark for more than 3-4 years? I'm actually really disappointed. Not only does it feel like a downgrade, but the Synapse 3.0 just doesn't wanna detect my headset anymore.

When i first got it, I had to upgrade from 8.1 to Windows 10 - Pretty annoying. After that, everything worked fine, other than the sound quality lol. Bass sounds makes the headset scatter a bit. But anyway - I get it dialed in after 2 hours of messing with EQ and Settings.

The next day when I booted up my pc, Synapse could no longer detect the headset. I and I tried everything from A-Z. Nothing works. I've been using it without synapse, but it's getting really annoying at this point.

I tried all the following steps:

1) Fresh install of Synapse

2) Fresh install of Sound drivers (I tried the thing in Device manager where you uninstall it from there as well)

3) Changed the USB port, both 3.0 and 2.0.

4) Turning it on/off a million times and unplugging / plugging it in 1000 times.

5) I tried Razer repair thingy

6) Using the 3.5mm Jack - still doesn't find the headset.

7) Re-installing Razer surround many times.

😎 Messing around with sound devices for hours in control panel.

And a bunch of other non-working solutions.

Not only that. But I simply cannot find a support email to ask for help - it only redirects me to this forum or other FAQ's.

Is this really supposed to be like this with a 250$ Headset? I feel absolutely like I downgraded to a cheap - knockoff headset in comparison.

Does anyone have an actual solution, or am I just at a point where I have to return the item at this point?:frown_:

FYI: My other razer products gets detected instantly: Blackwiddow v2, Mouse, etc.
