Razer blackshark v2 pro mic not working


Purchased a razer blackshark v2 pro today can not seem to get the mic to work on my pc or laptop

Did you already try the steps here? If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number of your headset so I can look into it and provide the best resolution. Thank you!

Check if your mic is not disabled on the headset itself (there’s mute button on the headset).

If this will not work - check if microphone is not blocked in Windows 10/11 - check steps described here: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000133024/windows-10-microphone-not-working-due-to-privacy-settings

HAve tried all the steps provided and still won't work on pc or laptop.

Have checked and mic wasn't muted and when did the relevant tested it only worked at 1% yet when did the wizard check apparently all is working fine
