The microphone on my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro headset is not working on my Windows 11 system. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps, including updating drivers, installing the latest version of Razer Synapse, and checking sound settings. I've tested the headset on another device and it works fine, leading me to believe the issue is specific to my current setup.
I haven't used the headset for about two months, and when I tried to connect it after that period, this problem occurred.
1.i checked Razer Support video but it didn't work.
2.it is not muted(mute button and software checked)
3.the correct input and output profile have been selected.
