I got this headset a few weeks ago, and nothing I do improves the mic quality. The mic sounds amazing when I’m listening to it through the headset, but as soon as I’m recording or on call with others it sounds so robotic and low quality. There are many videos where the mic quality is super good, but I’m not getting the same results even messing around with the settings in synapse. How can I fix this?

Solved it! I had to compare mic quality between my account and another on the pc.
If anyone else is having the same issue all I had to do was go to
system > sound > more sound settings > communications > “when windows detects communications activity” Do nothing
That was able to fix it for me!
