Razer Blackshark v2 Pro Microphone audio quality is poor when using dongle

Hi I have the same issue as this on my Razer Blackshark v2 Pro (2020) : Is there a fix for this that anyone knows about?

Hey ​@Yalch1000,Just for isolation, can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this articleand check if the issue persists?
