Razer BlackShark V2 Pro microphone no longer holds position (under warranty)

Hello,

My Razer BlackShark V2 Pro White Edition is still under warranty.

The detachable flexible microphone has gradually become too loose and no longer stays in the desired position during normal use. The headset has always been handled carefully and has never been dropped or damaged.

Since the microphone is removable and replaceable, I would like to know if it is possible to obtain a replacement microphone or if another warranty solution is available.

I understand that the detachable microphone on your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro White Edition has become loose over time and no longer stays in position.
