Razer blackshark V2 Pro - No sound in the right ear

Hi all,

For the past few days, there's been no sound coming from the right side of my Blackshark V2 Pro (2023). Initially, I had sound in both sides, but when I adjusted the volume knob, the sound on the right side disappeared. If I turned the headphones off and on again, the sound would return. But now, I permanently have no sound on the right side. I've updated the firmware and drivers, but without any result... When I connect the headphones via Bluetooth to my phone, I do get sound in both ears. Does anyone have a solution for this?

    i had the same issue. Go to advanced sound settings on windows. Right click on the headset and go to properties, then to the spatial sound and select windows sonic, not the Dolby atmos. Hope this helps.
