Razer Blackshark V2 Pro not connecting to Synapse 3

I just got my Blackshark V2 Pro and have been working on this issue for a couple of days now. The device has no audio through dongle or 3.5mm jack, unable to find the device on Synapse 3.


I've looked at the headset light and synapse 3.
The headset is in constant blue light (not blinking), so that means it's paired right?
also, I can see (Blackshark v2 pro) in windows settings<bluetooth & other devices.
but it's not showing in the synapse, also the headset is not working even without synapse, there's no sound.

What I've tried so far:
I've clean installed razer synapse, and deleted all the folders
I've re-paired the headset with pairing utility.
I've updated the headset firmware.
I've run windows update.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the blackshark driver in the device manager.
I've restarted so many times.
I've used the razer driver clean-up tool.
I've switch to different usb ports.
