hello…

I’ve had my blackshark v2 pro for 2 years now, yesterday it stopped powering on (it does power on when it’s plugged on with the cable but still no audio) 

i tried using other headsets on my computer and it worked fine. but my razer won’t! 

it doesn’t show on the razer synapse app as well.

when it’s plugged to the cable the light turns green

doesn’t turn on without a cable.

tried uninstalling the drivers and restarting the PC and nothing happened.
