Razer BlackShark V2 Pro power button stuck

I was trying to power off my headset today and noticed it wasn't powering off. Then I noticed that the power button was stuck in a pressed state. It eventually timed out with no audio and turned off but now I have no way to turn the headset back on. I purchased the headset March 2021. Unfortunately, the serial number on it has faded/distorted so much that I don't think I can read it to get it. Any suggestions how to resolve this? Am I just out of luck with a broken headset now? I didn't see any easy way to try to open it up to fix the button myself.

    Can you PM me photos showing the stuck power button and the serial number of your headset? Include your Razer ID where you registered the headset so I can retrieve the serial number with a copy of your receipt. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
