Razer blackshark v2 pro R6 Version having battery problems

i have a razer blackshark v2 pro r6 version, and it was great for a while ever since about 2022 but this morning i disconnect it from the cable and then try to turn it on and it just wouldnt work then i connected it back turned it on i got the turned on beep, then i check razer synapse and it s saying 10% for like 5 hours straight if i disconnect it, it would stop playing audio after 5 mins or so and then not turn back on until i reconnected it and now it just says 0% but is acting the same with disconnecting after 5 mins
