I got my R6 razer blackshark v2 around the time it was first released and it has worked perfectly since then. I use it wired on my xbox and wireless on my PC. All of a sudden yesterday I was (Ironically enough) playing R6, took my headset off, went to the bathroom and when I came back I could only hear out of the right side of my headset. So I tried a different cord incase that was the problem. When I put in the new cord I could hear from both sides but it was no longer picking up the mic. I tried using it wireless with my PC and it still works perfectly fine. So it must be a problem with the wired connection. I’ve tired 2 other cords aside from the first one (The one it came with) and so far both of them pick up both sides of audio but the mic does not engage. Whereas the first one the mic does engage but only the right side picks up audio. One of the cords picked up audio for about 2 minutes and then never again. I don’t know what to do. I’ve been trying to find replacement parts but the one I tired wasn’t the same as the cord the headset came with. It picked up both sides of audio and no mic. Does anyone know what is wrong and how to go about this issue?
