Razer Blackshark V2 Pro Random Disconnect

Hello ! My headphones Razer Blackshark V2 Pro, got disconnected for no reasons…. I use it on computer with wireless USB. I dont have bluetooth on my computer and there is no other devices uses it. How I am supposed to fix it ?!? Any tutorials do not help even this thread do not resolve my problems 

Will be there any fixes or updates into headphones or connecting stick? What to do ?

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it direclty into your PC’s motherboard. I can also check for a firmware update. First, send me your headset’s serial number via PM so I can check its exact variant.
