Razer BlackShark v2 pro replacement mic?

i have purchased this headset off amazon from a seller and everything looked great but when i try to use the mic wont work, i have to press it forwards in order it work for some reason idk why?, i have put like a small cardboard piece in there and it works mu mic get picked up off cod and if i take it out it doesn't want too work no more. Is there a way to get an replacement part for my headset??
