This remains true across devices and operating systems, as I have tried it both on PC and Linux on several different computers. I encountered this issue before, and it resolved with some debugging, but now that it has come back I'm completely stumped. I followed every recommendation I could find in Razer's debugging help, but to no avail (including updating the firmware of the headphones/dongle, reinstalling the system audio drivers, playing with settings in Razer Synapse, rebooting the device, plugging the dongle into different ports, messing with the balance between the headphones through system settings, switching to mono audio, and more). Given that it works with the wired connection, I know it's not a dead speaker or bad connection anywhere, so my hunch is that it's software. That being said, I'm stumped.
If someone could help me figure this out I'd be very grateful-- other than this issue I like the headphones, it would stink to have to buy another pair due to this bug.
having the same problem I have seen 3 other people with the same issue and no one helped. I guess we are dumb for thinking a 250$ or what ever headset would work for more than 4 months lol. Stupid consumer will believe and buy anything we sell. Why does no one sell high quality things anymore.
I’m having this same problem with my headset brand new out of the box! Razer please help with this issue.
I'm also having this issue, with aux everything works fine, with wireless dongle only left side works! Has anyone found a solution?
Hi folks, I think I've stumbled in to an (albeit hacky) possible solution. Please like this message or reply if it works for you.
- Connect wirelessly to the computer with the problem happening (no sound in right earcup)
- Start listening to something
- Plug the wired connection into the headphones then disconnect it. Try this several times, sometimes only inserting the wired connection partway. Stop when the right earcup kicks back on.
This worked for me a couple times, I hope it works for you!
I fixed it by plugging to another computer that has synapse and push synapse profile to headset then connect to my default computer.
Had the same problem, somehow this
Has anyone found a fix for this? having the same issue but also lost my usb for connecting it so really hopping there's a fix for the issue.
